we publish for free.

Not everything on this platform is paid, and it never will be. If your work is genuinely worth reading, money should not be the reason it stays invisible. Here is exactly what we publish at no cost, and what we do not.

Free, always
  • →Academic research. Work by professors and research institutions on leadership, organisations and growth. If it is peer-reviewed or published by a university, we read it and we publish our summary with a link to your original.
  • →Major international research. Studies from institutions and consultancies with real data behind them. We summarise, we credit, we link. Nobody pays for that and nobody can.
  • →Leaders we invite ourselves. When we approach someone because their story needs telling, there is no invoice. That is how this platform started, and it is how it continues.
  • →Recommendations. Telling us about a leader worth featuring costs nothing and never will.
Paid, and why
  • →Your own conversation. Editing, design, photography direction and a carousel are real hours of real work. That is what €250 buys.
  • →Your company publication. A press release you wrote yourself, designed and published on our platform with a permanent link back to you.
  • →Distribution. Carousels, promotion, and the reach that comes with being on a curated stage rather than your own blog.

What money never buys: the selection, the editorial judgement, or a good word about you. Paying places your work here. It does not make us agree with it.

Are you an academic, or do you publish research?

Send us your paper, working paper or study on leadership, organisational behaviour, succession or company growth. If it is relevant to leaders of growth companies, we will read it, summarise it in plain language, add our view, and link to your original. No invoice, no conditions.
