HIGH SEASON is a curated stage for leadership, published on seasonalleader.com by InterManage Ventures BV. It publishes long-form interviews with leaders, placed in the leadership season their organisation is actually in: Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. Alongside the conversations it publishes summaries of international leadership research and company publications. It was founded in 2026 by Ineke Kooistra, founder of ELiN Partners, former Group CEO of YoungCapital and Circle8 Group, and interim CEO and advisor to boards and founders.
The editorial principle is simple: selection is never for sale. Leaders pay for the form and the distribution of their story, never for the judgement about it. Every conversation is edited, and nothing is published without the written approval of the person featured.
The platform is built on the seasonal leader framework from Ineke Kooistra's whitepaper on leadership and executive search. The central claim: leadership effectiveness is not static but seasonal, and the mistake is rarely the leader but the mismatch with the phase.
