HIGH SEASON (seasonalleader.com) is published by InterManage Ventures BV, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97749141. We take a deliberately minimal approach to personal data: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and we never share it with advertisers.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks. We do not build profiles of readers. We do not share your details with third parties except the processors we need to run the platform, such as our hosting provider and our email provider.
Published conversations and publications remain online as long as the platform exists, unless you ask us to remove yours. Invoicing records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant, and no longer than two years after our last contact.
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy. For published interviews this includes the right to have your conversation taken offline; email us and we will remove it, normally within five working days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
You keep the copyright to the photographs you supply. By sending them you grant us permission to use them on this platform and in the accompanying social media carousels. We do not use images of children without the explicit consent of a parent or guardian, and we prefer not to publish them at all.
The site is hosted by Netlify. Traffic runs over an encrypted connection. Files you send us by email or file transfer are stored in our own business environment and deleted once they are no longer needed.
If this statement changes we update the date at the top of this page. Substantial changes affecting published participants are communicated to them by email.
